The hardest part is often just showing up, and you've done that. My mission is to meet you exactly where you’re at right now. I believe you’re the expert on your own life, and my role is to serve as a supportive guide to help you discover the change you want for yourself. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where your voice and goals lead the way. Together, we will collaboratively define your therapeutic goals and move toward achieving them. While our work is centered around your unique needs, l utilize evidence-based tools to build resilience and coping skills. I frequently integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to help you manage difficult emotions, improve relationships, and handle stress more effectively
