You struggle to create change in your life. Perhaps, a relationship has ended, or has begun;your children are having peer and school-related conflicts, or have left home. Uncertainty about having children, and infertility. Unhappy with your body, your feelings, your family, work and/or your life, you aim to make sense of your past, and move to a more satisfying present and future. We will respectfully unpack the past, and create growth in new directions geared toward self-exploration while relieving anxiety, depression, body image struggles, infertility, marriage and premarital issues, as well as parenting, and divorce, and loss.
