Starting therapy can feel intimidating. Even when we know it is important to get some support around the challenges of life, taking that step and reaching out is not easy. I have been a therapist since 2008, having worked in a variety of settings and with people of all ages. In my private practice. I work with adults (18 and up), and can help with life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief and other needs. My goal is to earn your trust and help you heal.
