I am a hybrid between a counselor and coach. I work with a high functioning population: people who are generally doing fine, but want more than "fine". I help people from all walks of life to find more meaning and happiness in their personal and professional lives. I use a very personable approach, and treat each client as their own unique entity, using tools that address their specific needs.
