Hello! Thank you for stopping by. I work with a variety of clients. I like having a variety of clients because it helps me learn, grow, and stay relevant in an always changing therapy field. If you are looking for someone who has lived experience, a calming authentic vibe, and also offers a comforting space for you to be your authentic self, then you have stopped on the right profile. This is my second career which means I had to start at the bottom to get to where I am now. My focus is to assist you to be the best authentic version of yourself or to assist you in areas of growth to move forward from current or past struggles. I am trained and certified in several different therapy approaches and modalities because humans are complex. I am honored to assist others in their journey. I enjoy working with the brain and body connection because things get stuck in our bodies as well as our brain. Working with this body and brain connection brings better results for my clients.
