Primarily I provide problem-oriented, solution-focused treatment dealing with an individual's thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and life issues. I focus less on the past and more on the present using cognitive-behavioral techniques (CBT) designed for symptom relief and changes of unhealthy patterns. I will help you identify goals, cope with feelings and symptoms, and change behavior patterns that have resulted in your internal emotional distress and external stressors.
