Hello and welcome to my practice! I am a trauma informed psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience working with adults recovering from complex trauma that manifests in depression, anxiety, relationship problems, addictions and more. Together, you and I can facilitate the changes necessary to facilitate healing and improve your quality of life, emotional and physical health, and overall sense of well-being. By concentrating on the here and now of the client-therapist relationship and incorporating contemporary approaches focused on genuine self- compassion, my clients find that healing from past trauma and hurt takes place. Specifically, I find dynamic approaches such as Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Mindfulness effective.
