Welcome! Are you a parent who is worried or has concerns about their child? Are you a teen or young adult who feels lost, lonely, or are struggling? I am here to offer counseling services for a wide range of concerns including early childhood, adolescent academic, behavioral, and social concerns through young adulthood. Please consider seeking out my services if your child or teen is experiencing symptoms of ADHD, adjustment disorder, anxiety, depression, OCD, stress and anger management, grief, and adjustment to life transitions, family changes, or school challenges. Engaging, fun small groups will also be offered periodically. Children need a warm, nurturing, safe, and inviting environment in which they can learn and grow. I offer 25 years of experience counseling youth as a therapist and counseling children in schools. My specialty is building rapport with youth while using a person-centered, CBT approach. Assessment and reports may be provided as needed.
