I have worked for 40 plus years with children and families regarding multiple issues many of which involve significant trauma. I was a certified personal trainer for 20 years and have a black belt in karate. I believe in a holistic, mind-body approach to wellness. People describe me as compassionate, warm and outgoing with a relaxed style. My experience is diverse. I worked in the state system for much of my career, in a hospital setting providing psych evals, in the court system and in private practice since 2018.
