About
As a relational and person-centered therapist, my intention is to meet clients right where they are, supporting them through the process of rising to life's challenges, defining and achieving their personal goals within the context of their close relationships. I am especially passionate about strengthening clients' sense of self, developing self compassion, supporting clients through life's transitions, and navigating life with chronic conditions. Regardless of the "presenting problem," I work with clients to develop strategies for self-reflection, creative expression, emotional regulation and effective communication. I primarily use post-modern therapeutic approaches such as narrative and collaborative therapy, and I frequently incorporate parts work, concepts from CBT and solutions focused therapy.
