Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor for the past 24 years and I love helping people by coming alongside people at a difficult time. It takes courage to decide to start therapy. If life's pressures and stresses are getting you down and it seems you are not handing things well, together we can work towards developing better stress management skills to help you live the life you desire. in our first session, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me develop a custom plan for us to work through in the future sessions.
