I enjoy working with individuals who are seeking personal growth and relationship enhancement and to help them identify their unique strengths and talents. I seek to create the safety of a mutually satisfying relationship whereby clients feel empowered and energized to live their "best" life. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches which focus on clients unique experiences, feelings, and perspectives and which value each client's capacity for self-healing and positive change. I value learning about clients' experiences. I use a gentle sense of humor combined with compassion and empathy to support emotional growth.
