I am a licensed Marriage, Family, and Child Therapist. I work with individuals and couples. I have been in practice for over 25 years using a cognitive behavioral approach. More recently I have been using the TEAM model developed by Dr. David Burns to help clients more quickly resolve issues of depression and anxiety. These techniques are also very helpful in working through relationship problems and changing unwanted habits. I use a collaborative approach the requires that the client and I work closely together to develop a very individual treatment plan.
