I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have worked with adults and adolescents in the Greater Hartford area for over 12 years. My specialties include working with individuals and families to identify and heal intergenerational patterns of trauma and helping adolescents and pre-teens navigate the often-bumpy journey from puberty to launching. I have a passion for working with couples, challenging them to improve communication and to invite intimacy, passion, and security back into their relationship.
