Hi, I'm Paulette! At Reflections: Therapy and Supervision, I empower individuals to develop their own resources and resilience through strength-based supportive therapy. Using a range of therapeutic approaches—interpersonal therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and client-centered therapy—I guide and encourage clients toward lasting change. With specialized services for those considering bariatric surgery and support, we offer compassionate, tailored care. Soon, I'll also provide clinical supervision to professionals, fostering growth within the therapeutic community. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen and heard. In our first session together, we’ll take time to explore what’s brought you to therapy, without any pressure. I use a combination of active listening and open-ended questions to get to the heart of what you’re feeling. As we continue, we’ll work together on solutions tailored to you.
