- - My caseload is currently full - - I work with women and couples to navigate the many challenges and transitions we face throughout our lives. I specialize in pregnancy and postpartum issues; including perinatal anxiety and depression; grief and loss; trauma; and the many stressors around growing our families. Unexpected difficulties can change the way we feel about ourselves and our relationships, and leave us feeling alone, overwhelmed and anxious. Working together, we can find our way through, to understand ourselves more deeply, reconnect with the people we love, and create a better way forward.
