What changes are you ready to make in your life? What obstacles are standing in your way for you to lead the life you desire? I believe all people carry within themselves the solutions to the problems in their lives. My goal is to walk with you on your therapy journey and assist you in navigating whatever issues you might want to confront, along that path. I specialize in working with trauma (PTSD and CPTSD), grief (such as: break-ups, death of a loved one, end of a friendship, etc), relationship issues (individuals only), life transition issues, depression, and anxiety. I have varied counseling experience: working within an outpatient addictions program, a youth residential facility, a community mental health agency, the public school system, a substance use rehab facility, and private practice.
