Over the years I have worked with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, individuals who suffer chronic and severe mental illness, and individuals struggling with substance abuse and mental illness. I am a well-rounded and experienced Social Worker. I am also a Certified Yoga Instructor. I will provide you with specific tools to make changes in order to start living your best life.
