I am a licensed clinical social worker with advanced post graduate training in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic psychotherapy and trauma informed care. My therapeutic style is warm, empathic, compassionate, friendly and supportive. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, relationship loss trauma, relational stress, work related and academic problems. I create warm and supportive environment to process feelings and experiences, and address life problems. I utilize the cognitive behavioral therapy approaches to help reduce negative thoughts, anxious states and improve self-esteem, confidence and overall sense of self and quality of life and relationships.
