I have worked with addiction, trauma, severe mental illness, and clients moving through various life phases of self-development and growth. This has strengthened my humanistic approach in aiding clients in their healing and self-discovery journey. I strongly believe that no two people are the same even when presenting as extremely similar. In my humanistic approach, everyone has their own experiences, despite their mental health status, and should be equipped with the tools that will help them thrive in the world.
