My practice focuses on women who have been through difficult life experiences and may be facing substance use concerns or addiction, food and body image struggles, and trauma-related stress and emotional challenges. I offer compassionate support for the emotional pain that often accompanies these experiences. When thoughts, feelings, and stressors feel overwhelming, it can be hard to know where to begin with addressing them. In therapy, we can work together to make a plan that gives attention to the parts of you that need it, respecting your personal goals and working toward them at a comfortable pace.
