Hi there, I'm Pauline! I have over 15 years' experience in both Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment, having worked in various community, organization, hospital, and psychiatric settings. I am a doctoral-trained Licensed Therapist/ CPCS with a Graduate Certification in Global Mental Health (Trauma and Recovery, Harvard CE). I work with both adults and adolescents. Through a collaborative relationship, I will support you to explore and dispel fear, overcome anxiety, regain confidence, establish self-control, and deal with loss and negativity.
