I have many years of experience working with all age groups, people with disabilities, neurodivergent minds, people with autism, LGBTQ+, anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, grief and loss, aging, dissociation, and loneliness. I highly value supporting people in creating an understanding of the barriers they face both internally and externally that keep them from moving toward the life they want to live and, together, creating a plan to slowly work toward better days.
