Whether I'm helping a client resolve past events from impacting the present thru EMDR, helping someone through their depression & anxiety by teaching & developing coping skills using dialectical behavior therapy, (DBT), or helping a couple work through conflicts & improve communication, I'm invested in your progress because there is hope.
