My name is Payton Krejdl and I am a Provisional Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Clinical Social Worker in Lincoln, NE. My goal is to utilize a holistic approach by fully understanding the individuals' background, personality, experiences, interests, and strengths. I want to create a space where you feel safe and supported. I am a firm believer that we are all human beings who need help at times and the best form of healing is human support and interaction. My background in social work has provided me with the necessary skills to work with mental health areas such as grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and major life changes. I help individuals learn new and healthier forms of behavior, coping, and thinking that will lead to a healthier and happier life.
