Therapy should be a place where you feel safe to show up as your authentic self — without judgment or pressure to change who you are. My approach is integrative and deeply relational, rooted in Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed care. I believe healing happens in connection – with ourselves and with others – so I focus on building a space where you feel truly understood and supported. My work is also guided by a social justice lens, honoring the diverse identities and lived experiences that shape who you are.
