As a Washington state LMFTA, and Ca- LMFT opportunity has given me an understanding of how to provide psycho-ed, psychotherapy as well as trauma-informed systemic approaches to helping others make positive changes in their lives for a better future in the state of California and Washington St. It is my goal to help my clients gain the tools they need to flourish, and I can provide whatever is needed to help my patients and clients grow. I use CBT and DBT as my primary psychotherapy tools, as well as a systemic approach that involves the use of Genograms so that a family or the patient can gain a deeper understanding. Working with cases involving severe trauma, addictions, family conflict, depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. Consistency with the crisis intervention team at SAC Health gave me experience in crisis intervention.
