I am trained as a Level 3 Gottman Method Couples Therapist. I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy- a research based approach to couples therapy, in my work with couples. It is my passion to help you reach your goals related to your relationship. Relationships are challenging, I know, I've been married 29 years. They can be at the brink of ending but if both individuals want the relationship to work, it can survive. I can help with communication and conflict resolution. I can help if there has been trauma or affairs as well. The time of crisis in any relationship is very painful, there is hope.
