Our goal at Peace of Mind, Inc. is to provide a space without judgement & full of respect, helping you create an individualized plan to move forward in a healthy direction. In getting to know you, we're just as interested in finding out what works well, as in understanding what's not working. Ongoing stress has detrimental effects on mind & body. We'll work together uncovering potential causes & learn to work through, change, or accept the things that are unavoidable.
