Hello! I'm Praachi, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) with a passion for fostering growth and resilience. With a warm and empathetic presence, I guide individuals through life's challenges, empowering them to thrive and reach their goals. Drawing from a diverse toolkit, including attachment theory, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, Solution-focused, and motivational interviewing, I tailor each session to support clients in realizing their full potential. My mission is to cultivate connections, provide unconditional support, and navigate stressors to create meaningful change.
