About

My mission is to help my clients to explore some of their issues that are encountering, guide them to gain awareness of their mind, body and emotions/ behavior. My hope is also to create a safe, judgement -free environment space for my clients, building together a therapeutic relationship. My specialty is empathetically working together with my clients and help them navigate their thoughts, emotions and experiences in order for my clients to be able to learn coping skills and mindfulness. Through a therapeutic relationship, will work together on setting and reaching their goals.
