Through our work together, you can uncover and tap into this calm, helping to soothe your mind and body, while easing the effects of trauma, stress, or mental health issues. My name is Erin Senn, and I am the founder of Peaceful Presence. I specialize in working with adults from diverse backgrounds who struggle with regulating their emotions and physical responses. My goal is to create a peaceful environment during each session, where clients can reduce anxiety and fear related to difficult emotions and sensations. In this space, I support them in using their nervous system to find grounding and comfort. I take a holistic approach to mental health, teaching practical skills and strategies to help clients navigate challenging thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My aim is to guide you toward a sense of peace and lightness in daily life.
