Now accepting new clients. I support teenagers, young adults, and adults working through depression, anxiety, stress, Trauma/PTSD/CPTSD, relationship concerns, and questions around identity. I provide neurodivergent- and LGBTQ+-affirming therapy in a space where you can show up as you are. Whether you’re navigating change or looking for relief from ongoing mental health challenges, we’ll work together toward healing, growth, and a stronger sense of self. I am a licensed and nationally certified mental health counselor who has been working in the field since 2015. I specialize in a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Psychodynamic techniques designed to promote psychological flexibility and help clients navigate life and foster personal growth.
