Sex, though so often experienced in silence, is can be impacted by and impact all facets of life. Because of that, my clients are often feeling disconnected, anxious about their desire, or unsure how to communicate what they really need in sex or relationships. They want to understand why things feel “off,” why intimacy feels harder than it used to, or why they can’t seem to get on the same page with their partner. They’re seeking clarity, confidence, and a way back to feeling chosen, desired, and understood. Most of all, they want a safe place to explore their sexual self without shame.
