Feeling tired? Struggling to make it through the day? People say help is there but it isn’t so easy to find it. Finding the right therapist for you is easier said than done! Inner exploration is not always easy and can be uncomfortable at times, but I would be honored to begin the journey with you. Collaboratively, we will identify the most pressing issues, discuss possible interventions, and find ways to reach your goals. Future clients should be comfortable using telehealth. Please remember that virtual therapy is convenient, but may not be suitable for those struggling with active psychosis or severe mental health disorders.
