Sometimes the changing seasons of life, even exciting ones, lead us into corners that can feel dark, confusing and uncomfortable. Alongside the excitement and joy that come with growing one's family can also come sadness, regret, doubt, and anxiety. My name is Ashley Hudson, and I would like to help you embrace the tension of emotional heights and depths that can come with pregnancy and postpartum. As of recently I began work toward my PhD in Clinical Sexology in an effort to provide sex therapy to those who are struggling.
