J'Lynn at Pearls of Love specializes in healing relational wounds. The most painful patterns start in relationships. If you are navigating relational trauma (infidelity, abandonment, narcissistic abuse, codependency, divorce), you know the cost: feeling insecure, lost, or unworthy of love. I ground my approach in Attachment Theory to understand how past wounds shape your current relationships. I integrate Experiential Therapy & CBT to heal mind, body, and spirit.
