As a licensed marriage and family therapist, my commitment is to help my clients enhance their quality of life and make positive changes that will improve their overall wellbeing. My training in psychotherapy and family systems, combined with my license to diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders, enables me to provide effective therapy within the context of marriage, couples, and family systems. I have extensive experience providing counseling services to individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families. I enjoy helping others while using positive psychology and strength-based approaches. To ensure the unique needs and goals of my clients are met, I integrate a variety of treatment therapies in my approach. My current focus is on working with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, self-esteem, grief, significant life changes, and other challenges or stressors that impact their lives.
