I work with Christians (ages 18–40) who feel trapped by guilt, anxiety, and painful relationship patterns. For my clients, faith is integral to life and compromising that isn’t an option. I’m here for those who want to address anxiety, OCD, or interpersonal struggles with an approach rooted in psychological science and grounded in a Christian worldview. Some come to me after a season of panic or anxiety, but most are ready to commit to long-term therapy that helps them truly understand themselves and find lasting relief.
