I know it can be very difficult to make that first call for counseling and to talk to a stranger about your life. I am experienced at helping people feel comfortable with the process of therapy. I help them to find ways to solve their problems and work through the issues which have made them seek support. I am interactive and engage my clients in conversations, with openness and compassion to help them reach their goals in counseling.
