About

I offer virtual and limited in-office sessions for adults and teens who have experienced trauma. My therapy is genuine, honest, and grounded, focused on resilience, accountability, and meaningful change. I bring experience from the criminal justice system and with first responders, crime victims, those in recovery, veterans, foster children, and neurodivergent or special needs populations. I also offer Brainspotting intensives for more significant, lasting change—reach out for more information. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in Texas and Missouri. I hold a Bachelor’s from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Master’s in Psychotherapy from UT San Antonio. I am certified in EMDR and Brainspotting and use these evidence-based approaches in my work.
