Loss affects each of us in unique ways. Each of us encounters loss on a regular basis. How we each experience each loss is unique and viewed through our individualized lens based on our life experiences. I meet people where they are in their grief journey and provide a safe space to tell their story and be heard. Grief has no timeframe. Whether the loss was recent or long ago where there is pain there can be healing. My goal is to help people find meaningful ways to process the losses they have experienced. I also aim to help caregivers both lay and professional find ways to nurture themselves and find hope and renewal.
