Life can feel overwhelming not just because of what you’re facing, but because of how long you’ve been carrying it. Many of the adults and couples I work with are capable, responsible people who have spent years pushing through—managing anxiety, stress, relationship strain, or exhaustion—while slowly losing connection to themselves.
