We will collaboratively explore your experiences and their meaning to help you connect to yourself and life in a fuller and more satisfying way. I have expertise and interest in working with life transitions of all kinds. I am particularly interested in working with mid-life transitions as well as with older adults who are interested in exploring the many challenges and opportunites of aging consciously. I also work with work-life balance concerns which are common in this digital age.
