I love coming alongside others to support your individual process. I want to help you feel more connected and aware of yourself. I offer a warm and welcoming presence as well as curiosity and openness. I have walked with many individuals who have worked through issues of trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relational difficulties and life transitions. I offer a safe place to unpack the story of your life, stuck patterns and places of difficulty that have burdened you or have kept you isolated. My hope is that in this work you will experience more authenticity, connection, and healing in your life. I am a holistic therapist offering personalized services to adolescents (15+) and adults. I strive to bring mind, body, and soul into the therapeutic process. I have several years of mental health experience in treatment centers, community mental health, higher education and now private practice.
