As a mental health provider, I see my job as guiding individuals through these times and helping them access and build on their strengths in an effort to achieve their individual goals and personal growth. Therapy can be both a scary, yet extremely rewarding process. I work hard to create a safe and comfortable environment where clients feel free to let down their guard and speak freely.
