How often do we remain stuck in the same patterns that result in continued frustration, discouragement, and overwhelm? We may have tried over and over, to stick to a "better lifestyle plan" and yet continue to stay stuck. I see you. I recognize the difficulty in taking steps forward, while still experiencing the doubts and struggles, of living with a mental health condition. I believe we all have the power to heal ourselves. It doesn't matter what struggles we face, our mind and our body intuitively know what is best for us, in our healing journey. If given the chance, it is possible to evolve into that which we were created.
