I work with a variety of ages and stages, from children to young adults. My goal is to assist children and families in understanding how their mental health impacts their quality of life, and to provide them with the tools to make beneficial changes. Cultivating self confidence and resilience in individuals and their families is key to creating positive change in their lives. I offer parents proven parenting strategies for all ages, from newborns to young adults. I also guide parents in recognizing familial patterns that may have been overlooked. As a parent of four myself, I understand first hand how overwhelming it can be!
