Life is full of ups/downs and surprises. I believe that each of us tries our best to cope and adapt, whether in the past or the present, but may find ourselves being quite stuck at some moments in life. This is when we need some help to gain new insights, self-understanding, and expanded capacity, skills and strength to get unstuck and move forward again. Therapy provides a unique space and a partnership to engender a path to regain your footing, to restore balance and wholeness, and to facilitate healing in/outside of the therapy room.
