Perhaps you were recently diagnosed with ADHD and want to understand what that means, you are seeking treatment as an adult after a childhood or adolescent diagnosis, or you are in a new phase of life and finding that your ADHD is also changing. I am a licensed social worker specializing in teens and adults with ADHD, anxiety and depression.
